Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.04.2012

Deep dark, opaque ruby garnet colour, delicate watery rim. Intense dark berry confit, background with notes of caramel and precious wood, blackcurrants and liquorice in the background, attractive bouquet. Juicy, opulent, pronounced in fruit nuances of dried plums, vivid tannins that are well integrated, a texture like drinking chocolate, shows good length, a powerful food companion.
