Tasting from 29.08.2019: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

On the nose spicy and fruity aromas. Cedar, tobacco, blackberry, ripe cherry, and in addition some floral hints. On the palate preserved cherry, spiciness and some cocoa. It is powerful and lively, and extremely long. A cuvée including the almost forgotten variety Bobal.
