Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Youthfully fresh and at the same time very complex, ethereal notes, forest blueberry, candied cherry. In the mouth with a tannin that, despite its polished nobility, has also retained graininess, the fruit seems ripe and natural, juiciness and substance are in great harmony, the tactile minerality is intense and yet does not stand isolated for a moment. Full of terroir expression, extraction and length, even the powerful alcohol (15.5%) is not noticeable.
