The rosé wine Palacio de Sada, vintage 2021 from the winery Bodega San Francisco Javier has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Garnacha from the region Navarre in Spain.
Deeply coloured, this opens with ripe strawberry and red apple on the nose. The palate adds a deeply savoury note of miso along with pepper that harmonises with the vivid strawberry fruit. Unusual and full of character.
