Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Ripe crème de cassis nose, balsamic new wood, already a hint developed, fig, a hint of Marsala, but also fresh-fruity "wild" side notes (wild strawberry) and herbal notes. Soft attack, still quite vital, fine-grained, firm tannins, salinity, an almost classic structure in the European sense with structure and (on the palate) still closed savouriness, not over-concentrated in density, but still with intensity and a compact, mature impression. Should mature very soft and fruity.
