Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Strong color. Balsamic, overripe aroma with apricot, nivea and an almost muscat undertone. Broad attack, late emerging and then powerfully attacking acidity, greenish phenols. Herbal and spicy finish. Very independent.
