Tasting Notes
Medium salmon pink. An intense bouquet of red berries, plum, and sour cherry, complemented by white flowers, olive tapenade, pepper, and Mediterranean herbs. Dry on the palate, with a powerful attack, plenty of fruit, spice, and a juicy, velvety texture. Remarkable density at 11.5% ABV, with a long finish. An excellent, versatile pairing for food.
