Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby red. Dark fruity nose with notes of dried plum and dried black cherry, plus vivid but elegant wood notes with vanilla and coffee nuances. Impressive breadth on the palate with vivid yet fine tannins, a beautiful acidity and medium length.
