Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Sour cherry, elderberry, blackberry, cocoa bean, silky attack, strong alcohol, the tannin increases to a medium grain size, good palate fruit, still age-appropriate closed, but full of potential. Lime-mineral notes. A wine full of character, dense but not overly powerful, full of aromas, will benefit greatly from bottle ageing.
