Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Some caramel, blueberry compote, undertones of rose and tar, finally Fernet Branca and thyme. Very silky and supple on the palate, homogeneous pressure build-up with a subtle nerve, well aromatically accompanied, but almost a little too mild and too much without corners and edges, the (lime) minerality is however brilliant. Extremely high-quality grapes (and a little too much micro-oxidation?).
