Expressive aroma of herbs, yellow tropical fruit and ethereal aromas (ginger). Complex attack with cool fruit and striking herbal notes. Fine extract sweetness and precise acidity. Dense and powerful on the palate. An excellent accompaniment to Mediterranean-style rabbit.
