Tasting from 17.03.2023: Peter Moser

Light golden yellow colour with silver reflections. Fine inviting reduction notes of roasted hazelnuts, delicate yeasty nuances and candied lime zest, smoky savouriness. Taut, tightly meshed, fine yellow fruit notes, pleasant freshness, salty and chalky minerality, some nougat on the finish, shows good length, very light-footed, finesse-rich style.
