Buttery notes and an intense herbal spiciness: Thyme, herbal bitters, almost Fernet Branca. Dense structure on the palate, still closed, but with a tightly woven texture of crumbly, grainy, ripe tannins, subtle suppleness and lengthy juiciness, hinting at very good potential. Mineral notes, well-integrated alcohol.
