The red wine Finca Tosal Cuvée, vintage 2017 from the winery Bodegas Enrique Mendoza has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Monastrell, Petit Verdot, Merlot from the region Alicante in Spain.
Deep crimson in colour with ochre reflections, and a broad and bright rim. On the nose, aromas of tobacco and herbal-spicy notes of blackberry, subtle vanilla and black cherry. The palate has medium complexity, and appears somewhat widely-meshed, with pronounced tannins, and a delicate astringency on the leafy finish.
