Tasting Notes
Medium amber with vibrant red-gold. Subtle volatile notes underneath nutty aromas, restrained hints of orange zest and nougat along with subtle nuances of cedar and spice. Full on the palate with a crispness, almond biscuit, a lemon and salty note and a pleasant mineral bitter note at the back of the palate. The long yeasty finish remains in the mouth for a very long time.
