Intriguing nose of dried plum, hints of nur and cherry followed by Christmas spice. Creamy texture on the palate, cherry compote, liquorice with well integrated tannin and a prolonged finish.

Wood and yeast, herbal-spicy notes. Mugwort, thyme, liquorice. Finally also blueberry. Opens up a wide frame on the palate and fills it powerfully with extract. Play of creaminess and substance, well-integrated alcohol, mild acidity. Good-natured power, accompanied by high flavour and certain ageing potential.
