Bright medium golden yellow colour with silver reflections. Notes of ripe yellow apple with a salty breeze in the background, delicate hints of nougat, flor and some dried apple peel. A bit richer than usual on the palate, taut, with a subtle sweetness, some hazelnut, very balanced, a dry sherry style in perfection, salty and persistent, very precise.
