Chocolate truffles, cinnamon, nougat, but also sage and thyme. Refined palate structure: with plenty of juice and fruit in the background, with a clear chalky-mineral character and a tannin that creates an impression of roundness due to its crumbly-grainy consistency, despite the considerable quantity. Good length. An everybody's darling, and that in a serious and unpretentious way.

1st bottle: Cork. 2nd bottle: Nutty wood, mature ageing notes, a little "marsalato", herbal tones, silky palate with a lot of pressure and play, despite the melting also a strong acid accompaniment, good freshness in the maturity, spicy finish, extract sweet and mineral backed.
