Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.05.2014

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, delicate watery rim. Ripe plum fruit underlaid with fine nougat, ripe blueberry confit, nuances of licorice, underlaid with slate-like nuances, a hint of dried plums. Sweet on the palate, delicate cooked notes due to the hot vintage, round tannins, candied orange zest, chocolaty finish, already ripe and accessible, a powerful BBQ wine with ageing potential.

More about the tasting

The least known of the best Prioratos: spice, cold ash, herbs and red fruit. Great maturity, deep and elegant despite its density.
