Fruity, fresh nose with notes of green apple, lemon zest and yellow stone fruit. There are also floral hints and a subtle herbal spiciness, which also reveals itself on the palate. Beautiful ripe acidity, elegant fruit flavours with apple, citrus and peach, some olive, long salty finish.
