Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Notes of raspberry, blackberry and cherry on the nose - confit and fresh. Some plum and black cherry as well as hints of chocolate and oyster shell. Dense and powerful on the palate, with ripe acidity and a textured body. Fine-grained tannins, long, salty-mineral finish with a hint of caramel.
