The red wine Chacayes Vinedo Unico de Bodega Piedra, vintage 2019 from the winery Bodegas Piedra Negra has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 95 Falstaff points.
Bright ruby, opaque core, purple reflections. Delicate blueberries, preserved black cherries, light touch of vanilla and cinnamon, a hint of fine oak, attractive bouquet. Deep with a dark nougat, blackberries, supporting tannins, fine fruitiness, has length. A little patience is still required here, a full-bodied wine for the BBQ.
