The red wine Dos Valencia DO, vintage 2014 from the winery Bodegas Rafael Cambra has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Valencia in Spain.
Initially a smoky, roasted aroma, more due to yeast than wood. But also fruit: Wild berries and herbal-spicy undertones. Very elegant on the palate, with a finely underlaid flow, mild (but not "sweet") tannins, a layer of minerality, juicy fruit on the finish. Ideal with grilled fish or as a slightly chilled aperitif red wine.
