The red wine Edición Limitada Rioja DOCa, vintage 2016 from the winery Bodegas Rioja Vega has been rated in 2020 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Tempranillo, Graciano from the region La Rioja in Spain.
75% Tempranillo and 25% Graciano. Cherry and herbs in the fragrance, also malty-spicy undertones. In the mouth elegant and almost seemingly lightweight, sandy, ripe tannin, and still rather closed fruit. On the soft background the ripe acidity wins only on the palate course in conciseness. Let it lie for another two or three years.
