Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Forest berries, cinnamon and sandalwood on the nose, with also a hint of juniper and conifer. A well-rounded wine on the palate, the mild, mellow tannin is surrounded by an elegant thread of acidity, with supple highlights and sweet fruit contributing to the harmonious impression. Despite its fine-grained, already accessible tannins, the wine shows good further ageing potential.
