Tasting from 30.06.2007

Medium yellow. Delicate woody spice on the nose, ripe apple fruit, pears and acacia honey. Exotic fruit on the palate, fine sweetness, but also a very good freshness that one would not expect from the bouquet. Reminiscent of a Marsanne or Viognier, an interesting food companion. Mineral aftertaste of this rare historical variety.
