Tasting from 15.07.2014

Smells of oat flakes and stewed red pointed bell pepper, with overtones of red and blackcurrant, bean and mint. Soft attack, animatingly juicy and fruity on the palate, fresh acidity on the finish. Has finesse and natural fruit, the tannin is fine-grained with medium density and beginning to melt.

Deep ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Cherry fruit underlaid with intense herbal spice, red wild berry confit, orange zest. Juicy, extract-sweet texture, mineral body, fine acid structure, a powerful, well-balanced food companion with ageing potential.
