Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Alcohol cherry on the nose, soft on the palate, grainy tannin, good phenolic ripeness, tight acidity support, appears very linear, but fruit and spice remain pale, difficult to judge wine. Very neutral at the moment.
