Monastrell and Tempranillo. An almost Burgundy-like sour cherry fruit, very pure and radiant - but not artificial. A hint of floral aromas and no wood. Also fruity on the palate, juicy with very restrained tannins. A powerful wine, emphatically "cool" in appearance and fresh.
