Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 28.10.2020: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Floral nuances, white tropical fruit, but also a hint of fresh pear, pleasant touch of fig, blossom honey, inviting bouquet. Taut, fine fruit nuances, some mango, lively structure, some pastry on the finish, mineral aftertaste, shows length, already easy to drink.
