Tasting from 26.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, rich ruby red. Very open-hearted and multi-layered nose of ripe blackberry, ripe heart cherry, then rich leather savouriness, also slightly animalistic and meaty, mysterious. On the palate it shows with a great texture texture and tightly woven tannins, appears impetuous in places, but has drive and power without appearing overloaded, its own style.
