Bright, brilliant straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent mousse. Delicate notes of white-fleshed fruits, Golden Delicious apples and flowers on the nose. The palate initially has an energetic structure, which then softens a little. Pleasant harmony of flavours between nose and palate. Medium persistence.
