Brilliant silver grey, with an intense and persistent mousse. Fragrant and floral on the nose, reminiscence of candied lemon and grapefruit juice. Finely balanced on the palate, with a very well-integrated mousse, vivid fruit and subtle playfulness, it lingers on the tongue.
