The white wine Luna di Ponca Collio Bianco DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta Borgo Conventi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Friulano, Chardonnay, Malvasia from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Intense, bright golden yellow. Memorable on the nose, rich, yellow stone fruit on a carpet of fine wood savouriness, smoke and a touch of saffron. Rolls elegantly over the palate, vivid but not overpowering, with plenty of tension, harmony and great finesse.
