Tasting from 18.02.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Clear apple and abate pear, herbal and savoury undertones, some mint and wormwood, damp stone. Silky on the palate, with ripe, well-supported acidity and medium alcohol content, subtle oiliness, but never heavy or broad, delicately mineral-tinged, an unobtrusive accompaniment to dishes such as mussels.
