The white wine Collio Bianco DOC, vintage 2024 from the winery Borgo Savaian has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with silver-grey tendencies. Clear and mineral on the nose, with hints of green apple and white cloves. More vivid on the palate, but also linear here, animating acidity through to the subtly salty finish.
