Clear straw yellow with silver-coloured reflections, finesse-rich mousse. Intriguing nose, starts with very DELICATE aromas of reduction, reminiscent of flint, followed by lemon, apple and fleur de sel. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, great interplay of delicate texture and lively acidity, lingering, salty finish - pure drinking pleasure!
