Radiant silver shimmers with persistent mousse. Fragrant and candid nose of crisp apple, pear, soft notions of banana yoghurt, resonating elderflower. Very graceful onset with well-balanced mousse, and an abundance of bubbles, swathing with rich froth, crisp and fresh. Delicate saline nuanced finish.
