Bright straw yellow with a golden shimmer and intense mousse. Lots of elderflower and ripe pear on the nose, followed by a hint of honey. Seductively sweet on the palate, fruity, well-integrated acidity, medium-long finish.

Bright lemon yellow, clearly effervescent. Ripe Williams pear, melon and acacia honey on the nose, orange zest on the finish. Opulent notion on the palate, very exotic fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, little drive on the palate, tiringly sweet finish.
