Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright silver with greenish yellow. Intense and fine nuances of white flowers and light honey, sea salt, delicate graphite, candied lemon peel in the aftertaste. Very juicy and precise on the palate, spreads across the tongue with lots of juiciness, clarity and finesse.
