Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 01.01.2018: Peter Moser

Dark ruby red, an opaque core, subtle brightening on the rim. Notes of fresh sour cherries, a hint of sloes, some graphite, subtle wood, nuances of dried herbs. Powerful, cool, lots of dark berries, a hint of cassis, well-integrated tannins, an appealing freshness, mineral, lingers well, savoury, young.
