It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Jura from the region Sarganserland in Switzerland.
Medium ruby red. Beautiful wild berry fruit with toasty wood nuances, very subtle floral notes are also recognisable. Harmonious bouquet, the characteristics of the interspecific varieties are well integrated. Beautifully soft on the palate with medium fullness, gripping, citrusy acidity and medium length with light fruit and savoury notes.
