Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Complex, still somewhat restrained bouquet with notes of hazelnut in combination with ripe pink grapefruit and lemon zest. Powerful attack with taut, very animating acidity, long and tightly meshed, wonderfully chalky structure on the finish.
