Tasting from 15.10.2014: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Red heart cherry on the nose, spicy herbs and spices. Good clarity of fruit. Powerful palate structure with dense, crumbly to mealy tannins covering the palate. Subtle but sufficient acidity support, strong alcohol, but also juiciness. Intelligently made wine, a little more crumbly than fleshy, but dense and well proportioned.
