Rich, intense ruby with violet; intense fruity aromas on the nose, sour cherries, plums, a hint of cinnamon, slightly smoky components in the background; lots of grippy, present tannins on the palate, densely woven, extremely rich, but the powerful alcohol (15.5%) is very well integrated, long finish.
