Tasting Notes
This has aromas of sour cherry, black pepper, blackberry, and slightly toasty notes. On the palate it is a fresh, with a compact structure, a fine acid nerve, unobtrusive density, and juicy fruit. It is an ideal type of Barbera, without exaggerated oak make-up, focused on the fruit and yet unaffected in its charisma.
