Tasting from 29.11.2017: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, deep garnet with slightly brightening edges. A decent, if rather restrained, nose of dried red berries, pepper and underbrush - needs some air. Round on the palate with plenty of substance and drive and a good balance of acidity and tannin. Builds well over the pleasantly enveloping palate.
