Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, bright garnet red with dark reflections. Ripe blackberry and elderberry on the nose, enveloped by delicate roasted aromas, toast and sandalwood, with a slightly bacon like finish. Builds powerfully on the palate, comes with grainy, interwoven tannins, full-bodied, with a certain mellowness, winds its way juicy and powerful onto the finish, remains quite long and savoury in the aftertaste.
