Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright straw yellow, silver hints and a subtle, medium-grained mousse. Very ripe notes on the nose, of honey, flint and yellow peach. On the palate, notes of fermented lemon and elderberry cordial, lacks freshness and overall seems somewhat drying and tired.
