Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, bright straw yellow in colour with a greenish tinge. On the nose, aromas of sage, ripe apricot, and some iodine. Densely woven on the palate with a full mouthfeel and compact acidity, then unfortunately dominated by the use of wood on the finish.
